1971年生まれ、千葉市稲毛区で育つ。多摩美術大学美術学部グラフィックデザイン学科卒。 （故）田中一光に師事し、2003年7月7日に有限会社ナノナノグラフィックスを設立。 平面と空間の相乗効果を創作の軸に置き、グラフィックからスペースデザインまで幅広い活動を展開。国内外問わず著名写真家やアーティストのデザインを手がけている。

Born in 1971, Osamu Ouchi grew up in Inage, Chiba City. He graduated from the Tama Art University Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Graphic Design. He studied under the late Ikko Tanaka and established nano/nano graphics on July 7, 2003. Placing the synergy of plane surface and space as the core of creation, Osamu is active in extensive areas ranging from graphics to space design. He has been commissioned to design for famous Japanese and global photographers and artists.
